There are 3 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with queen sized bed, and a third one with 3 single beds in the main house. There is a small apartment, also air-conditioned with 2 single beds, plus one bunk bed -suitable for children. The 4 bathrooms have hot water,the kitchen is fully equipped and beside the swimming pool, there is a huge barbecue area with pic nic tables, a big patio surrounds the house.
Also has an on-site caretaker/guard who lives in a small house located behind the main house, and will be there at all times to ensure your security. Maid service is included twice a week to change the sheets and the towels.
Sitting on the beach, this place is special for surfer lovers, it is so peaceful. Tamarindo Beach is just across the estuary 400 mts from the house. During the day there are water taxis that take you to Tamarindo for shopping or just visiting or even take you for a tour...A really funny experience!
