SUNSET TOUR:

Our 1 hour trip to the hills behind Tamarindo were you can appreciate one of the nicest and colorful sunsets in the world, happen right in front of you!!!! Whith a little luck you will find some howler monkeys yelling in the trees but for sure you see some big iguanas crossing your paths. The best for absolut beginners who want to try something special.

GOLDEN COAST & MOUNTAIN TOUR:

One of our most popular and oldest tours!. Our guide takes you first straight up to the mountains and into the forest, were you see the typical trees of Costa Rica like the “palo verde” or the “Tamarindo” or find the big mango tree for a “delicious “stop. We then cross near Hacienda Pinilla on the side of Avellana Beach, one of the nices beaches in Guanacaste. .You might see a family of howler monkeys, eagles and tropical birds……and for sure an iguana!!!

SNORKELING TRIP:

Something special for you. Riding an ATV to a beautiful beach north of Tamarindo. Then you stick your dusty head into the Snorkling mask and discover an absolutely different world. A lot of fish, beautifull shells, seestars, snakes, everything is alive. Our trained guide will show you things you never see if you are not a local like him.

SURF TRIPS:

The must for any Surfer or Boogie border. We can bring you to really special Surf brakes, where you never get in a regular car. In the 7 hrs Surf trip, we start taking the way of the Golden Coast Tour through the beautiful forest to the beaches of Avellanas, Playa Negra and then to our secret spot Our expert guide knows exactly when you have to be where to get the best surf! ATV AND CANOPY TOUR

This is another combo Tour we are proud to offer you. We take you riding on our ATV’s to the canopy situated on the top of the mountains of Tamarindo where you can enjoy the beautiful views around Tamarindo. After enjoing riding your bike, you go into the air.On Tarzan’s steps gliding on a cable, discovering the wildlife from a totally different way into the heights of big trees . Imagine just the first cable is over 500 meter long……

ESTUARY TOUR:

If you enjoy nature our kayak tours makes exploring Tamarindo’s estuaries easy. This tour will take you meandering through the slow estuary waters shaded by the extensive mangroves. Spotting birds, iguanas and crocodiles basking on the sun-drenched riverbanks are just a few of the highlights!!!

SNORKELING TOUR:

We offer you the best and nearest snorkeling in the area. We leave Tamarindo by kayak to Isla "El Capitan". The kayak paddle takes approximately 20 minutes. Once there, you will spend from one to one and a half hours snorkeling and exploring this volcanic rock and shell covered island.. A perfect tour for the whole family, you choose between a single or double Kayak. I even toke my dog there!!!!

Both Tours incl. transportation to Tamarindo Beach, life jacket, guide and Water.

In order to get the best snorkeling in the area we leave from Tamarindo Beach on a small boat headed towards the Catalina`s Islands or Potrero Beach.

There you will enjoy the beautiful colors of the underwater life, reefs and exotic fish. We include fruit and soft drinks in the trip. A perfect tour for the whole family!!!.

The boat is leaving early in the morning from Tamarindo Beach for the best Surfspots around here, Witches Rock, Ollis Point and other secret spots. Left and right, tubes, the perfect waves. We have water and fruits on board an on the way back, we try to catch some fish for dinner.

A must for everybody who came for surfing.

We think everyone should learn how to surf!!!. The only thing you need is some swimming knowledge and a good sense of humor. Our instructors guarantee you will stand up and ride your first wave in just one lesson!!!.

The duration of the lesson is 1 ½ to 2 houres and includes the Surfboard you need.

We also have advanced classes for for people who already have some knowledge. Learn to surf in the Costa Rican Surf Mekka, you never forget it.

We offer half day trips were we sail around Tamarindo Bay looking for marine life and
enjoying the fabulous Tamarindo sunset; listening to sunset music ( classical, if you like or Enya.)
Beer, white & red wine, soft drinks, snacks, dips and a plate of fresh tropical fruits . You can also take our half day Snorkeltrip, discovering Costa Rican pacific waters which host a variety of tropical fish.

You will find at least 50% of the fish species represented on the fish-chart that we carry on board.

To be discovered are : Eels, puffer fish, trigger fish, rays and etc. Of course, during the sail we set out to find dolphins, manta-rays, devil-rays and whales. MOUNTAIN & BEACH TOUR:

Whether you are an experienced rider or a beginner, we have the perfect horse for you!!!. Our horses are well trained, of good size and very healthy.

We leave twice a day. Included are refreshments and any other necessary transportation.

Long pants recommended!!!. We can’t think of a better way than by horse to discover our hills, pastures, beaches and typical Costarican villages.

RINCON DE LA VIEJA, NATIONAL PARK

This is an all day Adventure Tour to the active volcano Rincon de la Vieja. We start the day by driving through the Guanacaste countryside up to the capital city of Guanacaste, Liberia. There we start climbing up into the surrounding volcano to Buena Vista lodge. Upon arrival, we mount horses and take a nature trail down to the famous hot springs and mud pots, created by active volcanic activity underground. Here we enjoy the hot mud spa and swim in the crystal clear springs. Then we ride back to the lodge to enjoy a delicious lunch. In the afternoon there is an option of experiencing the exhilarating canopy tour over the treetops of the jungle or going on a nature hike into the surrounding jungles of the volcano. This area is abundant with wildlife and exotic tropical birds, especially toucans. We return with the sunset in the late afternoon. This tour includes chauffeur, bilingual guide, horseback ride, lunch, spa and natural trails. Canopy tour is optional.

 

RIDLEY TURTLE NESTING SAFARI IN OSTIONAL BEACH

Experience the unbelievable phenomenon of thousands of ridely turtle coming into shore to lay their eggs. This protected beach has a surplus of turtle eggs, so that they are actually harvested to allow baby turtles to have an area to be hatched in without being disturbed by surplus eggs. The "arribada " of turtles is distinctly unique and their arrival is based on the phase of the moon. You will leave in the afternoon, and drive the coastal highway to the south to Ostional Beach, after dinner you will await the arrival of this awe-inspiring event. This tour includes a bilingual guide, air-conditioned bus, refreshments, and local turtle guide.

PALO VERDE NATIONAL PARK - GUAITIL

This is a visit to the Palo Verde National Park, which is part of the basin of the Tempisque River. The lowlands and marshes create the perfect conditions for the largest concentration of waterfowl and wadding birds in all of Central America. This is a birdwatchers paradise as well as a perfect spot to see lots of crocodiles. You will start with a drive through the beautiful countryside of Guanacaste. We will arrive at a local port and take a boat trip to the National Park of Palo Verde. After exploring the park you will have a delicious typical lunch by the river. On your return, you will pass by the famous artisan village of Guatil and learn how the Chorotega Indians make their pottery using the same techniques that were used by their Pre-Columbian ancestors. The tour includes a bilingual guide, an air-conditioned bus, lunch, rivertour, aurant. Here we will spend the late afternoon in the hot natural pools and springs from the volcanically heated waters, enjoying a birds eye view of the erupting Arenal Volcano. SANTA ROSA NATIONAL PARK – LOS INOCENTES

This is a full day tour and recommended for those who want real adventure. You will visit Santa Rosa National Park, one of the country’s most historical significant parks. This is the site of the famous Battle of Santa Rosa The park is part of the last large remaining ecosystems of "The Tropical Dry Forest" with grasslands and savannah woodland. There is a wide variety of wildlife in Santa Rosa -115 species of mammals, 253 of birds, 100 species of amphibians and reptiles. After touring the park we will move on to Los Inocentes Hacienda for a typical ranch style lunch. If you wish, after lunch you may relax in the Hacienda or take a 2 hours horseback riding trip into a unique tropical temperate ecosystem full of monkeys, butterflies, and birds. The tour includes a chauffeur, bilingual guide, air-conditioned bus, horseback ride, Park entrance fees, lunch and refreshment
